I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, and I hold a Master’s degree from Brandman University. I am also a military spouse, mother, and private pilot. What drew me to this work was a deep conviction that people are more capable of change than they often give themselves credit for, and that sometimes all it takes is the right person believing that alongside them. That belief is what led me to want to build a therapy practice that felt authentic, intentional, and truly my own. Starting Soaring Horizons Therapy Services gave me the freedom to build something from the ground up, designed around what it means to genuinely be present with someone. The space I’ve created is one where you are met as you are, not as anyone expects you to be.
My Approach
I create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe, heard, and genuinely understood. My work is wholehearted, and I take the time to truly know each person I work with, and I meet you where you are, without judgement or agenda. Together we’ll work through what’s holding you back, build resilience, and reconnect with your own sense of clarity and capability. I work with a gentle but purposeful touch, asking the questions that open new perspectives and help you see yourself and your life in a more helpful perspective. Growth doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. It can feel like slowly coming back to yourself.
Every person who chooses to work with me brings something unique, and I don’t take that lightly. It’s an honor to be invited into someone’s journey, and from our very first session, my commitment to your path will be clear.
Insurance Accepted!
I’ve partnered with the following insurance carriers to provide more accessibility to services: Aetna, Blue Shield, Blue Shield Promise, Sharp Health Plan, Tricare/TriWest, Medicare, and United Health Group/Optum.
Out-of-Network Options: If you do not see your insurance provider listed, I can provide a Super Bill for cash payments to assist you with seeking reimbursement for any available out-of-network benefits.
Private Pay Rate for Individual Therapy: $140 per session (typically 55 mins.)
Private Pay Rate for Accelerated Resolution Therapy: $175 per session (60-90 mins)
